Deutsche Bank, Germany's largest bank, is making big changes by appointing a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a new head for its Americas operations.

🚨 Breaking News:
James von Moltke, the current CFO, will step down in June 2026 after nine years. Raja Akram from Morgan Stanley will take over as CFO starting October 2025.

  • James von Moltke has been CFO since 2017 and will leave in 2026.

  • Raja Akram, currently deputy CFO at Morgan Stanley, will become Deutsche Bank's new CFO.

  • CEO Christian Sewing's contract has been extended until April 2029.

  • Stefan Simon, the current Americas head, is leaving for personal reasons.

Starting April 1, Fana Sparebank will implement Tietoevry's banking solutions to enhance user experience and streamline operations.
